Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

SHIPPING RATES
Standard Shipping: $7.50 — estimated delivery in 5 to 8 business days
Expedited Shipping: $12.99 — estimated delivery in 3 to 5 business days
Free Standard Shipping on orders of $100 or more

Orders are shipped via USPS or another carrier selected by Chuckwalla. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after you receive your shipping confirmation.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, email us at info@chuckwallakids.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to make changes before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee address updates once an order has been placed or is already in processing.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, household members, and your local post office first. If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us at info@chuckwallakids.com with your order number and we will help you open a carrier claim or determine next steps.

Chuckwalla is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY
We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
