Refund policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, here is how we handle it.
RETURN WINDOW
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
ITEM CONDITION
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. We are not able to accept items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage.
HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Email us at contact@chuckwallakids.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. We will respond within 1 to 2 business days with next steps.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges for a different size or color are free. We cover the cost of sending your new item. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us.
REFUNDS
If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a $5.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee is waived if you choose store credit instead.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Chuckwalla Kids is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect, email us at info@chuckwallakids.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will replace the item at no cost to you.
FINAL SALE
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.Gift packaging, gift notes, and other gift-related add-on services are final sale and non-refundable once fulfilled. If an eligible item is returned in accordance with our return policy, any gift packaging charges will not be refunded.
