We are a woman-owned brand built by outdoor women who became outdoor parents.

Outside with a baby, conditions change fast.
The weather changes. The trail changes. There are diaper changes. A cool morning can turn into full sun. A shaded canyon can open onto an exposed trail. One minute you are thinking about warmth, and the next you are managing heat, airflow, and sun coverage.
And through all of it, babies still need to move, reach, feel, and explore.
That is why adaptability matters.
Intentional from fabric to finish
Taking our littles outside made us much more aware of the fabrics we put on them. When they are small, they depend on us to make those choices for them, and we want those choices to be thoughtful.
Chuckwalla makes outdoor gear for babies and kids. Our pieces use verified UPF protection, no PFAS, no antimicrobial treatments, and no unnecessary added finishes. Every detail is there for a reason, from attached hoods and fold-over cuffs to soft, breathable fabrics chosen for next-to-skin comfort.
